The Opportunity

As Head of Quality, you will lead the quality function across the site, ensuring robust quality systems, regulatory compliance, and a culture of continuous improvement. Reporting into senior leadership, you will play a key role in driving operational performance and customer satisfaction.

This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility between site presence and remote working.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall quality strategy aligned with business objectives
• Lead and develop the Quality team, fostering a high-performance culture
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations
• Oversee audits (internal and external), supplier quality, and customer quality performance
• Analyse KPIs and provide clear reporting to senior stakeholders
• Champion root cause analysis and corrective/preventative actions

About You

• Proven senior quality leadership experience within a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of QMS frameworks (e.g., ISO standards)
• Demonstrable experience leading audits and regulatory compliance
• Strategic thinker with hands-on problem-solving capability
• Confident stakeholder manager with excellent communication skills
• Degree-qualified (or equivalent experience) in Engineering, Quality, or a related discipline
