The Role
We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead and develop our quality function. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring that products, processes, and systems meet both customer expectations and regulatory requirements, while driving a culture of continuous improvement across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Quality department, ensuring effective performance and development of the team
  • Maintain and continuously improve the companys Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and customer-specific requirements
  • Oversee internal and external audits, including customer and third-party audits
  • Drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)
  • Monitor and report on key quality metrics, identifying trends and implementing improvements
  • Work closely with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain to improve product quality and process capability
  • Manage supplier quality performance and support supplier development activities
  • Promote a culture of right-first-time, continuous improvement, and operational excellence

About You

  • Proven experience in a Quality Manager or senior quality leadership role within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems and relevant ISO standards
  • Experience within electromechanical, electronics, or precision manufacturing environments would be advantageous
  • Demonstrable experience of leading audits and managing customer relationships
  • Skilled in problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, PFMEA, and root cause analysis
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
