Job Title: Project Engineer
Location: Oxford
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum

We are currently seeking a Project Engineer to join a growing renewables company based in Oxford. This role is ideal for someone with an engineering background who enjoys working in a client-facing position, managing multiple projects and taking full ownership of customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.

• Manage multiple engineering projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Coordinate internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

• Provide technical guidance and support to clients.

• Oversee project schedules, documentation, and progress tracking.

• Ensure clear communication between engineering, production, and commercial teams.

• Take full ownership of customer requirements and ensure expectations are met or exceeded.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Engineering background or degree (mechanical, electrical, or similar).

• Experience in a project engineering or technical coordination role.

• Confident and professional client-facing skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a dynamic environment.

• Strong organisational and communication skills.

• Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
