Job Title: CAD Designer
Location: Oxford
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 per annum

We are currently seeking a CAD Designer to join an innovative engineering company based in Oxford, operating within the renewables sector. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, technically advanced environment delivering high-performance engineered solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce detailed 3D models and 2D manufacturing drawings using Catia V5.

• Support the design and development of complex components and assemblies.

• Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and project teams to ensure designs are optimised for performance and manufacture.

• Contribute to prototype development and design refinement.

• Maintain accurate CAD data, technical documentation, and revision control.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Strong proficiency in Catia V5 (essential).

• Experience in composites design is beneficial.

• Background in motorsport, automotive, or other fast-paced engineering environments is advantageous.

• Good understanding of manufacturing processes and design for manufacture principles.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

• Relevant engineering or design qualification preferred.
