Are you a driven and experienced Project Manager with a background in residential construction?
We're working on behalf of a well-established and rapidly growing contractor, known for delivering high-quality residential developments across South East London. They are now seeking a confident and capable Project Manager to join their team and lead multiple sites from pre-construction through to handover.
About the Role:
As Project Manager, you will take ownership of one or more residential projects across South East London, overseeing all aspects of delivery including programme management, subcontractor coordination, budget control, and ensuring compliance with health & safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full project lifecycle, from planning and procurement to completion and handover

Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure expectations are met or exceeded

Oversee site teams and subcontractors to ensure quality, safety, and programme adherence

Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting regularly to senior management
-
Drive HSEQ compliance across all aspects of the project

Manage budgets, monitor spend, and work with the commercial team on cost control

Resolve issues proactively to keep projects running smoothly and on schedule
What We’re Looking For:
-
Proven experience managing residential construction projects (new builds and/or refurbishments)

Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations and H&S legislation

Excellent organisational, leadership and communication skills
-
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects on time and within budget
-
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid (required)

Degree in Construction Management or equivalent (preferred but not essential)

Production & Scheduling Coordinator
Location: Witney
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Reporting to: Senior Management
About the Role:
On behalf of our client, a well-established and forward-thinking manufacturer, we are looking to appoint an experienced Production & Scheduling Coordinator to support their growing operations team. This is a key role, focused on ensuring production schedules are met, resources are effectively allocated, and communication between departments remains clear and consistent.
This opportunity is ideal for someone with a strong background in production planning who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a talent for organisation and collaboration.
Main Responsibilities:

Planning & Scheduling: Develop and manage detailed production schedules in line with customer requirements and company objectives. Work closely with departments including Sales, Procurement, Design, and Manufacturing to ensure smooth execution.

Interdepartmental Liaison: Maintain clear and proactive communication across teams to synchronise planning efforts, resolve scheduling issues, and provide status updates.

Order Review & Delivery Commitments: Assess incoming sales orders and confirm feasible delivery dates. Support in tracking project and product contracts, and assist with cost estimation.

Repairs Scheduling: Approve and plan customer repair work, ensuring capacity and turnaround times are well managed.

Issue Resolution: Identify potential delays or bottlenecks in production and implement corrective actions to maintain workflow efficiency.

Reporting: Compile and analyse reports on production performance, providing insights to help drive improvements.

Continuous Improvement: Contribute to initiatives aimed at streamlining operations, reducing costs, and enhancing product quality.
What We’re Looking For:

Education: Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent hands-on industry experience.

Experience: 2–3 years’ experience in a similar production planning or scheduling role within a manufacturing environment.

Technical Skills: Strong proficiency with planning systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Experience with ERP software is highly advantageous.

Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret data, forecast accurately, and make informed decisions to support production efficiency.

Process Knowledge: Familiar with manufacturing processes and lean/continuous improvement methodologies.

Communication: Clear and confident communicator, capable of building strong working relationships across multiple departments.

ROLE – Mechanical Design Engineer
LOCATION - Cardiff
TERM- Permanent
SALARY- £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience
My client is a manufacturer of specialist products for a variety of sectors, and they are looking to take on a Mechanical Design Engineer on a permanent basis in the Cardiff area.
The Mechanical Design Engineer will ideally have the following attributes:
- Degree / HNC / HND / BTEC / NVQ qualified in Mechanical Engineering or similar
- Previous experience in a similar role in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with Sheet Metal/Metalwork is necessary for this role
- Experience with Plastics/Injection Moulding would also be beneficial
- Be proficient using 3D CAD software such as CATIA V5, Inventor, SolidWorks, etc.
- Good theoretical mechanical engineering knowledge of core principles and tight tolerances
- Have the ability to work well alone as well as part of a small multi-disciplinary team
- Have the ability to carry out mechanical calculations
- Any previous experience of working with process machinery or steel / metal materials would be desirable
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Proficient using MS Office
- Excellent organisational skills and time management skills
The Mechanical Design Engineer role will involve:
- Working within the current engineering team with other Design Engineers

JOB – Manufacturing Engineer

We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer on a permanent basis in the Plymouth area with experience in the mechanical, electro-mechanical, electronics or similar assembly Manufacturing Industry. Your main responsibilities will be assisting with New Product / Process Introduction as well as continuous improvement projects across the business.
The Manufacturing Engineer will ideally have the following attributes:
- Qualified in a relevant Engineering / Manufacturing Degree with time served as an Engineer.
- Previous experience working as a Manufacturing, Process, Industrialisation, Production or similar Engineer role.
- Understanding of assembly, electronics or electromechanical manufacturing processes.
- Exposure to NPI or tooling / jigs and fixtures.
- Have the ability to communicate with other members of staff and management.

- Experience working within an ISO 9001 environment would be beneficial but not essential
- Ability to work independently as well as team
- Experience of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma would be advantageous.
