An established engineering and fabrication company based in Oxfordshire is looking to recruit a skilled TIG Welder/Fabricator to join their production team. This is a great opportunity to work on high-quality projects across various industries in a well-equipped workshop environment.

The TIG Welder/Fabricator will ideally have the following:

• Proven experience in TIG welding and fabrication

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality

• Experience working with stainless steel and/or aluminium

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Competency in using fabrication tools and machinery

• Relevant welding qualifications or certifications are desirable

The TIG Welder/Fabricator role will involve:

• TIG welding of components to precise tolerances

• Fabrication of parts and assemblies according to technical drawings

• Operating workshop tools and equipment safely and efficiently

• Carrying out quality checks on completed work

• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
