  • Carry out process validation activities and risk assessments to ensure stable and repeatable manufacturing methods.
  • Work collaboratively with design, quality and supply chain teams to improve manufacturability and product performance.
  • Champion Lean Manufacturing principles, helping to embed continuous improvement across the production environment.
  • Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with health, safety and quality standards.

About You

  • Previous experience within a Manufacturing, Production or Process Engineering role.
  • HNC, HND or Degree qualified in Engineering (or equivalent industry experience).
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes within a precision engineering or industrial production environment.
  • Experience delivering Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement projects.
  • Able to interpret engineering drawings and manufacturing documentation.
  • Experience using CAD software and ERP/MRP systems would be advantageous.
  • Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • A proactive team player with excellent communication skills.

What's on Offer

  • Permanent, full-time opportunity.
  • 39-hour working week with an early finish every Friday.
  • The opportunity to work on exciting manufacturing improvement and new product introduction projects.
  • A collaborative engineering environment where you'll have the chance to make a genuine impact on production performance and continuous improvement initiatives.
