Electrical Supervisor – M&E Contractor

Salary: £44,000 per annum + company van provided

Location: Sheffield

Our Client:
We are working with a leading Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) contractor known for delivering high-quality projects across commercial, industrial, and residential sectors. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join their dynamic team.

The Role:
As Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing on-site electrical works, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and managing a team of electricians. You’ll act as the point of contact between site teams, project managers, and clients, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the electrical team on site.

• Ensure work complies with health & safety regulations and company policies.

• Plan and schedule electrical installation work.

• Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and clients.

• Conduct quality checks and resolve any technical issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor within M&E contracting.

• Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems in commercial/industrial settings.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Relevant electrical qualifications and certifications (e.g., 18th Edition, ECS card).

• Full UK driving licence (van provided).
