Our client, a visionary leader in the hospitality sector, is looking for an exceptional BIM / Revit Specialist to join their dynamic team in Rome.

In this high-impact, full-time role, you'll be at the forefront of their most exclusive hospitality projects. From initial concept development to meticulous detailed design, you'll set the creative direction, curate materials and finishes, and ensure every space reflects their brand's commitment to excellence. You'll work hand-in-hand with architects, engineers, and project managers, seeing your innovative designs brought to life across high-end F&B and hospitality settings.
As an expert in Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and Autodesk Revit software, you play a crucial role in construction and architectural projects. You will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing BIM models, ensuring they are accurate, efficient, and meet project requirements. This includes developing 3D models, generating construction documentation, and facilitating collaboration among project teams.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in interior design, ideally within luxury hospitality or high-end residential projects. Experience with prestigious operators (Marriott, Four Seasons, Hyatt) is a strong plus.
- Strong design portfolio showcasing creative leadership and high-end solutions.
- Fluency in Revit is mandatory; candidates without demonstrated Revit expertise will not be considered.
- Strong understanding of BIM processes and workflows.
- Excellent knowledge of materials, finishes, and luxury FF&E sourcing.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Existing authorization to work in Italy is required.
