IT Field Engineer

We are currently seeking an experienced IT Field Engineer to join our esteemed team at [Business Name]. As an IT Field Engineer, you will be responsible for providing on-site and remote technical support to our clients, ensuring the smooth operation of their IT systems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Installing, configuring and maintaining computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Performing regular maintenance on systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Collaborating with team members to identify and implement IT solutions.
- Providing technical advice and guidance to clients regarding system usage and best practices.
- Assisting with the documentation of IT processes and procedures.
- Delivering excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients.
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent technical knowledge along with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Prior experience in a similar IT support position is highly desirable.
