Junior Copywriter – Near Southend-on-Sea

 

I am currently working with an award-winning Ecommerce company near Southend-on-Sea who are seeking a Junior Copywriter to come and join their evolving team.

 

This will give you an opportunity to work in a faced paced environment and be a part of a dynamic team, perfect for someone who wants to develop their skills. The ideal candidate has a passion for storytelling, a knack for creativity, and is eager to grow and develop their copywriting skills within a supportive team.

 

As a Junior Copywriter you’ll assist in developing compelling, on-brand content across various platforms. Including blog posts, creation promotional text for online ads, banners, brochures as well as writing high-engagement social media content that reflects the brand voice.

 

They are looking for some who can help write email marketing campaigns, update existing content on their web pages as well as collaborate with the designers to provide copy for the images, graphic and assets as needed. The junior Copywriter will submit well-structured drafts to senior members of the team and will collaborate closely with senior members of the team, to help maintain a consistent brand voice across all communication channels.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Previous internship or work experience in copywriting, content creation, or a similar field preferred.
• Strong writing, grammar, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to think creatively and contribute fresh ideas.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas effectively.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to receive and implement feedback constructively.
