Job Description

As an IT Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our technology teams and business objectives. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, and uncovering areas for improvement
• Gathering critical information from stakeholders to define project objectives and scope
• Developing and implementing effective strategies to optimize business processes
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure technology solutions align with business needs
• Performing quality assurance and user acceptance testing to ensure project success
• Creating comprehensive documentation and reports to support project progress and outcomes
• Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven work experience as an IT Business Analyst or a similar role
• Solid understanding of business analysis techniques and methodologies
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Proficient in using various software/tools for project management and data analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus
