We are happy to announce the expansion requirements in our lettings team. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Lettings Negotiator who is self-driven, self-managed and driven by success.
We are looking for a self-driven UK-based sales closer to handle inbound rental leads and turn them into booked tenants fast, clearly, and without needing to be chased. You’ll sell fully-managed shared homes across Oxford and Coventry to students and professionals. We generate the leads - you guide, follow up, and close. You’ll work from home 75% of the time but should be available to attend the viewings or property check when needed locally. If you're great at WhatsApp sales, know how to earn trust without scripts, and can handle a full sales funnel independently you’ll fit in.
For you to be successful in this position you will be responsible for the below, but not limited to:
Responsibilities:
- Handle all inbound leads across WhatsApp, email, calls and platform messages
- Qualify, nurture, and convert every serious enquiry
- Guide renters confidently and clearly through the process
- Update CRM and maintain clean follow-up habits - no ghosting leads
- Coordinate viewings and attend locally
- Keep your pipeline moving - daily, not weekly
- Report weekly with key results, blocks, and wins
- Improve how we communicate - sharper replies, clearer tone, faster turnaround
- Prepare and conclude tenancy agreement through our CRM, and collect first payment
- Check general compliance like right to rent, immigration, etc
- Assist in check-in handover
Requirement:
- Previous proven experience in a similar role
- 2 plus years of experience closing B2C deals (property, relocation, or education a plus)
- Experience in selling without a script and survived without being managed
- Knowledgeable in UK renter tone and can handle hesitation, urgency, and comparison
- Experienced using all forms of communication on WhatsApp, clear on calls, fast with follow-ups
- Live in or near Oxford and are open to viewings or property access tasks
- Knowledge of MS Office tools, Zoho and Goodlord
- Results driven and happy to be versatile within a fast paced environment
- A keen eye for detail and good organisational skills.
- Motivated with success within a self-managed environment
- Good communication and negotiating skills
- Adhering to all Company standard operating procedures
- Working according to the company quality and housekeeping standards
- Clean UK/ or equivalent Driving Licence
- RTW in the UK without restrictions (PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT OFFER SPONSORSHIP)
What Success Looks Like:
- 10–15 room bookings/month initially
- All warm leads are responded to within 2–3 hours
- CRM is always up to date
- Weekly reports show where things are stuck or working
- Viewings are handled without delay
- You never need a second reminder to follow up

ROLE – Mechanical Engineer
LOCATION - Farnborough
TERM - Permanent
SALARY- £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience
My client designs and manufactures bespoke products for a number of industries. They are looking to take on a Mechanical Engineer to join their team in Farnborough on a permanent basis. The role will involve a mix of CAD and hands-on engineering in the workshop.
The Mechanical Engineer will ideally have the following attributes:
- Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering or similar
- Eager to work in a hands-on and varied Engineering role
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials – sheet metal, plastics, injection moulding, machining etc
- Be proficient using 3D CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks etc.
- Interested in building high precision electromechanical products
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

- Excellent organisational skills and time management skills
