Third Line Support Engineer

Salary: £38,000 - £45,000

Location: Eastleigh

Office based: 5 days a week

 

 

About the Role

A client of ours are a managed service provider who are growing at a healthy pace and looking to hire another Third Line Support Engineer. We are looking for someone with Microsoft windows tech stack experience.

 

The company are small to medium sized and looking to grow due to an increasing client base. Based in Southampton and Eastleigh area.

 

 

Skills Required

• Experience working in a 3rd Line support position
• Windows Server
• SQL Server or MySQL
• Office 365, Azure AD and SharePoint
• Hyper – V, VMware
• Veeam Backup
• Ticketing systems (ServiceNow or Jira)
• Routers, switches and firewalls
• Previous experience working for a managed service provider is desirable but not essential
