Job Title: Graduate Manufacturing Engineer
Location: Hull
Salary: £26,000 – £30,000

Overview
We’re recruiting for a Graduate Manufacturing Engineer to join a well-established manufacturing business in Hull. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience and develop within a supportive, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing operations and production targets
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Analyse production data and performance
• Assist with problem-solving and root cause analysis
• Work cross-functionally with engineering and operations teams

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, or similar)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork
• Interest in continuous improvement
