Salary: £28,000 per annum

Our client is a well-established and growing construction manufacturing business based in Marlow. Known for delivering high-quality, bespoke solutions across the UK, they are continuing to expand and are now seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the coordination of multiple projects from initiation through to completion
  • Act as a key point of contact between internal departments, suppliers, and clients
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, schedules, and trackers
  • Monitor project progress and flag any risks or delays
  • Assist with procurement, logistics, and planning activities
  • Prepare reports and attend project meetings, capturing actions and updates
  • Ensure adherence to company processes and health & safety standards

 

Candidate Profile

  • Open to recent graduates (construction, engineering, business, or related disciplines preferred)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, motivated, and eager to learn
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
