Helpdesk Support Engineer

Salary: £26,000 – £29,000

Location: Tonbridge Area – Office-based, 5 days per week

 

About the Role

We are working with Managed Service Provider in Kent seeking a Helpdesk Support Engineer to join their team. You’ll be the first point of contact for support issues for the external clients, this can be anything from password resets to network issues and laptop builds.

 

This role is perfect for someone with excellent customer service skills and used to working in a fast paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Excellent Communication Skills and Customer Service.
  • Respond to queries via phone and email, diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
  • Provide support for networking, internet connectivity
  • 1st Line Helpdesk or Service Desk experience
  • Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when required.
  • Must have a full, clean UK driving license (some customer visits may be required).
