About the Role

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Production Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Production Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for optimizing production methods, identifying and resolving technical issues, and implementing improvements to enhance productivity and quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement efficient production processes, ensuring maximum output with minimal waste and downtime.
  • Analyze production data and identify areas for improvement, proposing and implementing appropriate solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product design, ensuring manufacturability and cost-effectiveness.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, working closely with maintenance staff to ensure minimal disruption to production.
  • Monitor and evaluate production performance, conducting regular audits to maintain quality standards.
  • Document and maintain accurate production records, including process documentation, maintenance logs, and performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Production Engineer or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of production methods, including lean manufacturing principles.
  • Proficient in using CAD/CAM software for design and process optimization.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
