Quick Specs:

• Focus: Helpdesk administration, hardware/software configuration, and user support.
• Stack: Windows 11, Office 365 (Teams/Exchange), Active Directory, & Networking basics (LAN/WAN).
• Environment: Supporting both on-site and remote staff.
• Growth: Includes regular technical training and involvement in wider IT project work.
